Due to the nature of marketing, consulting, and creative services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

Monthly retainers once the billing period has begun
3. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered only if:

No work has begun on the service

No deliverables, strategy, or access has been provided
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion if:

Services are canceled before completion

Work has begun but not been fully delivered
Any completed work, time spent, or expenses incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Retainers & Subscriptions
Monthly retainers and subscription services:

Are billed in advance

Are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins

May be canceled for future billing periods with written notice as outlined in your service agreement
No refunds are issued for unused time or services within an active billing period.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting A.I.M may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Permanent termination of accounts

Forfeiture of deliverables or access
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve billing concerns.
7. Third-Party Costs
Refunds do not apply to:

Advertising spend paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta)

Domain purchases

Hosting fees

Software or platform fees
These costs are controlled by third parties and are non-refundable.
